I was hired as an Administrative Assistant in September 2014. I became Property & Casualty licensed in May 2015. I was raised in Gastonia and Charlotte, NC. I graduated from UNC Greensboro in 2012 with a Bachelors in Communication Studies. I love my cats, reading, yoga, and trips to Disney World. My weekends are typically spent working in the garden or vegging on the couch with my husband and Netflix.
I have been in the insurance industry 25+ years. I started as an Adjuster in the 90’s and 6 years ago made the change to an agent. I grew up all over but born in New Hampshire. I moved south in grade school, spent time in Alabama at the gulf coast. I did finish school back in NC and have been here ever since. What most excites me about coming to work is I feel I can make a difference in people’s lives. I try to provide quality customer service to all who come to us seeking help in protecting themselves and their families. I really enjoy spending time with friends and family. I have a 17-year-old daughter that I adore, she gives me great joy. When I’m not in the office, you can find me on a soccer field more than likely. My daughter has played competitive club soccer since she was 8 years old. We travel all over the southeast for her games. When I’m not traveling for Soccer I’m usually with friends and family. I love to play games, card games, board games, corn hole, etc. I have a special place in my heart for Special Olympics and the homeless population. I volunteer as much as I can for both.

Since 2007, I’ve been licensed for Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance.
The part I love most about working at Holdenrid Insurance Group is being able to help people find the right solutions for their insurance needs.
SHHHHHH!!! Don’t tell anybody but I love sports, and especially golf! If I wake up and see a sunny day, all I want to do is golf with my daughter. For many years I have also volunteered with the First Tee of the Triad, a non-profit organization that promotes core values to young kids through the game of golf.
But don’t worry! I always have my cell phone with me and I’m always available to anyone who needs.
Want proof? Call me!
I have been a licensed Property & Casualty agent for over two years and have found the industry quite rewarding. I am looking forward to obtaining my Life license in the near future. I moved to Gastonia 33 years ago and for the last 14 years reside in Lake Wylie SC. I have been in the Insurance industry for 11+ years. The reason I got into the business is I have seen first hand the financial hardship that a family encounters from sickness or tragedy. Having the ability to find the best rates and to provide excellent customer service to my clients brings me great joy. I am crazy about my grandson and family. My wife and I have 8 children, when we got married they played the theme song from the Brady Bunch. I enjoy playing the drums. On Sunday’s I play the drums in our praise band at my church. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with family and on weekends I am usually doing honey do’s around the house!

I have almost 2 decades of experience in the insurance agency. I accepted a job years ago just to “try it” out, I loved it and never left! Insurance allows for a very unique connection with people in all areas of their lives. You get to know your clients and become apart of the most trusted circle; it is a blessing.
I grew up in Erie, PA close to the shores of Lake Erie. I’m currently enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, so you might find me studying in my free time!
